Setup Steps to simplified billing
- Add a Payment Account. Once this is setup, you will immediately be able to collect booking deposits online.
- Install the 2Hippo 2Pay app to collect payments in clinic.
The next guide will show you how to Link 2Pay Payment Method to your device to eliminate the need for EFTPOS hardware.
Set Up Your Payment Account in Cosmesoft
- From the Main menu, select Accounts | Payment Accounts.
- If no account is listed, select Add Account to create one.
- Follow the prompts to enter your business’s payment gateway information.
Once complete, you are ready to receive online payments via the cusomter portal for online bookings.
Funds are paid into your nominated bank account. You can view your payout history of your payment account to see past and scheduled payments.
Your Cosmesoft subscription plan defines what fees are charged to process payments. The fees charged by Stripe are competitive with the payment processors. To find out more review your current subscription or contact support.
Install the 2Hippo 2Pay App On Your Device
Before beginning, ensure you have the 2Hippo 2Pay app installed on your device.
You will need to be running the following operating system software version:
- Apple IOS 16.0 or greater
- Google Android xxx.xx or greater.
