Managing My Team

A cosmetic clinic's staff includes more than doctors, nurses, therapists, and admin. Use My Team to manage internal and external team members and keep control over patient data and compliance.


Key Features

My Team streamlines managing external collaborators, like prescribers or nurses not on your clinic staff. Easily invite and monitor their involvement with your team, essential for outside doctors prescribing medication for your nurses or external nurses communicating with your team. Keep all documents up-to-date and stored in one central location.


Permissions Required

To set up and manage My Team, the following permissions are required:

  • View/Add/Remove Staff Locations
  • View/Add/Remove Staff Services
  • View/Add/Edit Staff Roster

(Default settings for Managers and Admins.)


Adding a New Team Member

To add a new team member, follow these steps:

Navigate to Admin > My Team.

Click Invite.

Complete the team member’s details. Pay attention to the following:

  • Internal: Team members who work directly for your clinic (eg. nurse, receptionist).
  • External: Collaborators who do not work at your clinic but provide services (eg, a doctor prescribing medications for your nurses).
  • Roles: Team member roles are set by default but can be customised within the team member settings.
  • Operator: Refers to treating practitioners, including doctors, nurses, and therapists.

After filling in the required details, click Invite.

An invitation will be sent via email to your invited team member, who will be listed in My Team with an "Invited" status. Once they accept the invitation, their status will be updated to "Accepted".

You can proceed to assign internal staff to a location, set up their services, and create rosters before they have accepted their invitation.
