# How to Use the Help Centre

## Welcome to Cosmesoft Help Centre.

You will find information on all the features Cosmesoft has to offer, including step by step guides, and video tutorials.

 The ? icon located in the top menu is your go to place to access documentation, request features or report bugs.

-   **SEARCH** to locate articles and videos.
-   **SCHEDULE** a meeting if you need one on one assistance.
-   **NEWS** for product updates and upcoming event.
-   Give **FEEDBACK** to report a bug or request a new feature

## Tips on how to Give Feedback

Select **Give Feedback** and a **Category** to tell us what your experiencing or a feature you would like to see included.  

Describing an issue can be tricky at times, so use the **Attach screenshot** or **Record** **video** to show us what you are seeing.  

The team will get back to you with a **plan of action** as quickly as possible.  In the mean time, be sure to **search  help articles** as the answer may just be there.
